Guide. I want to get a business card that just says that.- Guide. Simple, vague, open for interpretation and practical application. I am a guide. What would be the first question you asked if someone handed you a card that said just that; guide? Of course it would be what type of guide are you? I have been many versions of a guide over my life. I have guided all over the world leading people on bicycles from village to village, from cobble stones in Europe to cracked paved paths in Vietnam. I have been a wine guide in Burgundy, a hiking guide in Tuscany, a spiritual guide in low lit yoga rooms both in the East and in the West. In all of these places, in all of these countries, and in all of the versions of me I have been over the years the guiding that I do the most of is emotional guiding.
